Under Contract and my heart is FULL 🥹✨

I met the cutest family at an open house… and plot twist - it ended up being the house they chose!! 🏡💫 We instantly clicked, and now not only do they get an amazing home, but they’re moving just TWO minutes away from me 😭

Safe to say this was meant to be… clients turned friends forever 💕 So excited for this next chapter for them (and for all the neighborhood hangouts coming soon 😉)

When it’s friends you’re helping… it just hits different 🤍

I’ve known the Hornsbys for almost 4 years now. We met back in late 2022 at an open house, and instantly clicked over so many shared interests. Real estate may have been how it started, but the timing just wasn’t right back then—and that’s okay.

We stayed in touch as life kept moving… and growing 🥹 They welcomed their two beautiful twin baby girls into the world, and when the time was finally right, we made it happen.

After a long journey and a lot of patience, we officially sold their home and they are off to their next chapter ✨

This one was extra special. So grateful for clients who turn into lifelong friends 🤍🏡
