It’s that time of the year again. I’m sharing a recipe that is so near and dear to my heart. A few years ago I was intentional on learning a few dishes when I would travel home for the holidays. I don’t know why I fixated on the Sweet Potato Pie but I did. My Granny was the only one that was allowed to make it. I knew if I could win the family over I would be considered official. I tried my hand at it a few times before sharing it with anyone. I knew I had only one chance or my Uncle would roast me until the end of time 🤣. Well fast forward, Granny was able to give me her stamp of approval before she transitioned and I’m the official Sweet Potato pie maker ❤️🥧

I sure hope each of you take a few minutes to remember the reason for the season. Love on your people. Give gratitude. Rejoice in the present 🤎

Bricks 🧱🧱 by the pound. Visited one of my New Construction sites yesterday to check progress. We have bricks and stones. Insulation is scheduled for Tuesday and sheetrock crew should start by end of week.

While on my way to the site, I spoke with one of my clients who’s with a preferred credit specialist and he kept saying “I’m so ready Jasmine”. This clients checks in every week with me. I knew he was serious upon our first consultation. He made a plan, has stuck with it, and looks like we can start looking for lots in March/April. Sometimes it’s a process, but the most important thing is to simply get started.

This weekend was the first time I’ve seen single family home prices back in the 250’s range. 📣📣

Whew I’m so delighted my buyers are finally seeing relief and negotiating favorable terms for them 🏡🏠

My client is now Under Contract on her New Construction home. The San Marcos floor-plan Elevation B is a 5 BD 4 BA that boasts over 2700 Sq. Ft. that includes a media room and sits on an oversized lot. I can not wait to see this one finished (Jun - Aug ‘23). Our design center date is scheduled and we’ll be marching towards the finish line in no time.

This one hits different: I met my client in a FTHB FB group last year. This particular community was her first choice, but she kept getting outbid once the lots were released. She decided to sit out and regroup. Fast forward, she decided to give it another go and the subdivision only had two lots left and she didn’t have to bid. Her two requests through all of this: A specific School District for her talented sons and all of the boys rooms have to be on the same level and just like magic, when it was all said and done, everything fell in place. This one is super special ❤️🏠

I was inspired to post today because I got a call from a past client two weekends ago as I was traveling to Houston. I was finally able to connect with the referral and he’s young, determined, and wise. Looking to build his investment portfolio. There are many reasons why I’ll forever be connected to Real Estate but there are some days that “my why” hits a little different. Today was one of them! ❤️

The Jasmine Noel does it again. We are officially Under Contract 🏠🏡🔑. This is only a testament to God 🙏🏽. I prayed the night before we submitted the offer because the original plan was to have my current clients under contract before I took some much needed time off to fly back home to visit loved ones. Well the closer it got to the dates I had already planned to be out of the office, we were still writing offers. Monday morning as I was working out we got the notification. Now I can hop on a plane and continue my plans. God is so FAITHFUL 🙏🏽. We’ve submitted at least 5+ offers, and my clients have been so incredibly patient. Never growing frustrated. Every transaction is special in its own way, but the Nelson family can now get situated with their littles ones ❤️
