Welcome fall!
(Ok....the first day of fall is not officially until September 22 this year, but I'm going to say it anyways.)

What are your favorite fall activities, events, recipes, etc?!

My top 5 are:
1) Making Pumpkin Bread (with or without chocolate chips...that is the question)
2) Visiting the Pumpkin Patch with my Family
3) Drinking Starbucks Caramel Apple Cider (and cider from Louisburg Cider Mill...have to be true to my Kansas roots of course)
4) The Texas State Fair (preferably on a chilly day if that is an option)
5) TCU Football Games and Tailgating (Go Frogs!)

The market in North Texas continues to hold strong even as we see small shifts start to occur. Higher inventory has created a slightly slower pace compared to the frenzy of earlier in the year, but the backlog of eager buyers continues to create high demand. With inventory up, and more buyers with the power to enter the market, it looks like this Fall could be a busy one for DFW real estate!

Do you want a home with a view? But you live in the Dallas area? Sometimes it can be quite a challenge to find a home with sweeping views in DFW...but they do exist! My buyers closed on this gorgeous {home with a} view in Plano last year and have loved the sunsets there ever since.
