👀 That’s what my client was told before they found me…

After our buyer consultation, I showed them why they absolutely needed their own agent and how skipping an inspection could’ve cost them $8,000+ in repairs.

Or when my clients were terrified to buy new construction because of those viral mortgage horror stories? Instead of fear, I armed them with facts—showing them what their property taxes would actually look like in Year 2. No surprises. Just smart decisions.

🚨 Oh, and STOP visiting new construction offices alone because you just want to ‘look.’ The builder’s rep works for the builder, not for you. You need someone making sure you’re not overpaying, missing incentives, or signing a contract that favors them—not you. How would you know whether it does or not?

🏡 If this is your year to own, here’s my best advice:
Be intentional. Have a plan, stick to it but by all means be realistic!! The buyers winning in 2025 started working with me & their lender months ago (Q3 & Q4 last year).
