We’re excited to recognize Colby as Tipton Group’s Training & Development Coordinator!

Colby brings nearly a decade of multifamily experience in leasing, operations, leadership, and training. Since joining Tipton in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager, he has also served as a Community Manager before moving into his current role.

As Training & Development Coordinator, Colby will be working with our on-site teams, leadership, and accounting systems to strengthen operational knowledge, leasing and management skills, and consistency across our communities.

Colby earned his Bachelor of Music Education with a minor in Communications from The University of Southern Mississippi. His background in both education and multifamily operations makes him a great resource for our teams as they grow in their roles and careers.
