1. The average price per sqft in Collin county is up almost 10% in the last 2 years and 14% in Dallas County!! 14%!!!

2. A โ€œbalancedโ€ market is 3 months of inventory. Weโ€™re seeing all time lows under 1 month of inventory. Great time if youโ€™re a seller with little to no competition.
