Good Morning everyone! I know many of you are hosting an open house this weekend, please keep in mind the tips below.

10 TIPS to a SUCCESSFUL OPEN HOUSE!

1) Find a buddy to do the open house with you. Never do an open house by yourself!
2) Preview home prior to hosting "open house".
3) While previewing identify escape routes in case needed.
4) Know where the schools are, remember you are the "expert".
5) Do comps for the neighborhood "know the neighborhood".
6) Preview other homes in the neighborhood prior to the open house, this will give you options to offer to potential buyers.
7) ARRIVE EARLY
8) Turn on all lights, make sure AC/Heat are at appropriate settings.
9) Have plenty of signs (@ least 10).
10) DRESS for success (professional).
