This one warmed my heart.

4227 Firebrick Lane in Dallas officially leased in just 5 days.

The homeowner is someone I knew personally, but this was the first time she had really taken the lead on preparing and leasing one of her rental properties herself. Naturally, there were nerves and uncertainty about how it would all come together.
