Last month, we had the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone — honoring Chris Phillips as CEO Emeritus of First National Title Insurance Company.

It was a wonderful evening filled with great memories, plenty of laughs, and an opportunity to celebrate the person who helped shape FNTI into the company it is today.

Chris’s leadership, vision, and commitment have left an incredible mark on FNTI, and we’re grateful for the foundation he built and the people he inspired along the way.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Chris and this next chapter. We had a great time honoring an even greater leader!

Dove Title spotted multiple red flags in a suspicious real estate transaction—including inconsistent buyer information, questionable signatures and fraudulent earnest money.

After 15 years of visionary leadership, First National Title Insurance Company announces that CEO and Co-Founder Chris Phillips will transition to the role of CEO Emeritus & Advisor at the end of June.

Since helping launch FNTI in 2012, Chris has been instrumental in building the company into a nationally recognized underwriter dedicated to serving independent title agents. His leadership, vision, and commitment have helped shape not only our company, but the culture and values that define who we are today.

While stepping away from the CEO role, Chris will remain actively involved in supporting FNTI's continued growth and success. We also look forward to the continued leadership of President David Hays as we build upon the strong foundation Chris helped create.
