After 15 years of visionary leadership, First National Title Insurance Company announces that CEO and Co-Founder Chris Phillips will transition to the role of CEO Emeritus & Advisor at the end of June.

Since helping launch FNTI in 2012, Chris has been instrumental in building the company into a nationally recognized underwriter dedicated to serving independent title agents. His leadership, vision, and commitment have helped shape not only our company, but the culture and values that define who we are today.

While stepping away from the CEO role, Chris will remain actively involved in supporting FNTI's continued growth and success. We also look forward to the continued leadership of President David Hays as we build upon the strong foundation Chris helped create.

What a great week at the TLTA Conference in Frisco!

🛡️ Fraud Shield Agent Spotlight

Shoutout to Staci Albert of Levelland Title Company for taking swift action after receiving concerns from a local real estate partner about a suspicious seller attempting to market a 160-acre farm property.

Through proactive fraud research and verification, the seller was confirmed to be fraudulent before the transaction could progress.

This is a great example of how strong partnerships and diligence help stop fraud early and protect customers.
