What NOT to do when selling your home… 😲

We had a beautiful house in Prosper under contract for $995k.

During inspection we found a major HVAC issue — completely clogged primary drain line, backup line failing, and the drain pan already holding water.In Texas heat, that 5-ton unit can pump out 55 gallons a day. ☔

We offered to pay to fix it before closing to protect the floors, walls, and prevent any delays… but the seller refused everything. When you won’t take care of your own home, you’re not hurting the buyer — you’re putting your biggest asset at risk.
