Computer and found the state of Texas first qtr 2019 housing report….

Remember this was BEFORE COVID

Median price across the state was up 2.7% to $230,000

Average DOM was 100 days with an absorption rate of 3.6 months up front Qtr 1 of 2018 of 3.2 months
