Setting big goals and breaking those goals down into a monthly, weekly and daily process can be challenging. 🤯

I’ve personally always struggled with breaking down my goals so that’s why I picked up The 12 Week Year. If you are having trouble setting your goals this is a great book to guide you through that creation. It’s puts big whys behind those goals and daily actions. It also helps with team goals for leaders who need to get their people and company on the same page. Note, there will be action steps needed to be taken during the read. I saved those for the weekend when I had a couple of hours to focus and should be finishing it all up by this weekend.
This has gone down as a quarterly read for me. Hope this helps y’all as much as it has me.

Since it’s getting colder and the pools will be used less and less I have decided to begin the Kitchen of The Weekend!!
