Mortgage Rates are continuing to come down, but affordability is still an issue. Home prices are still predicted to remain and continue to slightly increase. Perhaps updating your new home later is the best option.

There’s no denying mortgage rates and home prices are higher now than they were last year and that’s impacting what you can afford.
