Dear Resident(s),
We are closely monitoring the inclement weather expected this weekend. Due to the forecasted snowfall and icy conditions predicted from today through Monday, our office will be closing today at 3:00 PM.
Please take a moment to review the following steps to help prevent frozen pipes and other cold-weather issues:
• Let faucets drip slightly: A light, steady drip from both hot and cold taps helps keep water moving and prevents pipes from freezing.
• Keep the heat on (at least 75°F): Even if you’re away, please maintain your thermostat at a minimum of 75°F.
• Open cabinet doors: Allow warm air to circulate around sinks in kitchens and bathrooms, especially on exterior walls.
• Report any issues immediately
The Fitness Center will be closed until Monday, January 26, weather permitting. For your safety, we strongly encourage residents to remain in your home.
Avoid parking under trees when heavy snow is expected, as branches can break and fall.
Residents with attached garages are advised not to lock the front door deadbolt. In the event of a power outage, you may not be able to enter through the garage, and our maintenance team will not be able to access your apartment. If you are locked out, you will need to contact a locksmith.
Residents with garages are advised not to park vehicle inside. In the event of a power outage, you may not be able to exit the garage should you need to travel. Our maintenance team will not be able to access your garage. If you are locked out/in, you will need to contact a locksmith.
Due to the office closure, please do not email service requests, as they may not be reviewed until we return to the office. Non emergency service requests may be submitted through the Resident Portal.
