Of course the home inspection covers all areas of the home, but one of the more beneficial tests that we run is known as a functional flow test. Fixtures are run for 20 to 25 minutes to attempt to verify proper flow. This picture is an exterior wall outside of bathroomafter running the sink for 20+ minutes. No water visible at interior home.
