Fresh veggies, bright colors, crunchy texture, and a honey lime dressing that deserves its own fan club. This Rainbow Salad is basically summer in a bowl. ☀️
Bonus: if your salad is this colorful, it basically cancels out the chips and queso. Probably. We’re choosing to believe that anyway. 😂
