And yesterday, one very important piece of that plan officially fell into place. 🔑

My buyers found a beautifully remodeled home that gave new life to its original 1970s architecture—and, more importantly, it was the right home for what they’re building toward.

From finding the property to getting all the way through closing, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝘀. That’s exactly what you hope for as a buyer.

I may not have these sweet faces waiting for me at home anymore, but I have plenty of photos—and even more memories—to remind me just how much joy they brought into my life. ❤️
