Some of these projects include Parkway Center I, II, III, IV, and V- these five buildings are located at the N. Dallas Tollway and Geroge Bush Frwy totalling over 1 million sq ft combined. We are currently under construction on a 6 story class A office building which will be 164,000 sq ft located in Legacy Town Center at the S.E. corner of the N. Dallas Tollway and Headquarters Dr. This great location is within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and activities. Phase 2 land has already been purchased for an additional 190,000 sq ft of class A office space- stay tuned! The purpose of Heady Investments is:

-to develop and lease commercial properties of the highest quality which are economically feasible;

-to provide opportunities for our clients, associates and partners which surpass those found in the majority of similar companies; and
