What a night !

Yesterday we had the honor of celebrating the launch of Serhant right here in Dallas - and let me tell you, the energy was UNREAL!

Still feeling thankful and energized from our National Sales Meeting two weeks ago.

Getting to connect with my peers face-to-face was incredibly valuable—there’s just nothing like real conversations, real laughs, and real alignment in the same room. I also took a lot away from the presenters: hearing what’s coming and learning how we can better prepare for it was one of the most impactful parts of the entire meeting.

A special highlight for me personally was being recognized with the Heart Values in Action award. That meant a lot. I’ve always believed in leading from the heart—and to have my leadership team see that in me was truly powerful. It reinforces that the way I want to lead is genuinely the way I am leading.

Thank you to my leadership team for the recognition. I’m grateful, motivated, and ready for what’s next.

Last week truly showed what “One Chase Team” is all about. We kicked things off by celebrating two amazing Chase teams, recognized by our CEO Marianne Lake for coming together and making a real difference for our clients. I couldn't be prouder that Samantha and Darlene, two HLAs from my team, were part of this recognition.

After the celebration, the day kept rolling with the Jamie Dimon town hall, and then we headed out for the Corporate Challenge run with my team and our Branch Banking friends. The run was a blast and a great way to connect outside of work—it really brought everyone together and made the day even more memorable.

Earlier in the week, I had the chance to attend the NAHREP Dallas event. It was awesome meeting new faces, connecting with real estate professionals, and catching up with folks in the real estate community. Experiences like these remind me how much I enjoy working with this team and being part of such a supportive network.

Washington D.C. - You did not disappoint!

I had the incredible honor of representing Chase Home Lending at the NAHREP Conference — and I am still feeling every bit of it.

Being in a room full of powerhouse industry leaders, visionaries, and change-makers was electric. The conversations were bold. The insights were game-changing. And the mission? Crystal clear.

What moved me most was the deep focus on the Hispanic community — a community that is the fastest growing segment of homebuyers in this country and one that deserves every resource, every opportunity, and every advocate in our corner. Being part of those conversations reminded me of the real weight and beauty of this work.
