I agree, there should be a limit for investors buying up properties. We have local buyers that are being outbid by these investors/iBuyers. It's becoming very competitive for first time home buyers to get into a property.

The city of Dallas may consider limiting the number of homes real estate investors can buy as a way to tackle the rising home prices across the DFW area.

🏡 HOUSE TIPS: I just got my PMI canceled from the mortgage company!! That's a few hundred $$$ of savings on my mortgage/month! Contact your mortgage company today and get that canceled out!!! I can run comps for your property.

I purchased my house less than two years ago and with this crazy market, home prices are increasing drastically. Therefore, I contacted my mortgage company (escrow department) and requested PMI cancellation. I paid a small fee $150 to start the process. They sent out their BPO/Appraiser to valuate the home. Of course it came in higher than what they have in their system, so they have to cancel the PMI. LTV reached 80/20.

When I bought my home, I only put down 5% on conventional loan.
