Samsung has announced it’s moving its U.S. headquarters from New Jersey to Plano, adding to the growing list of companies putting down roots in DFW.

It’s always interesting to see how many businesses continue to choose our area for growth. More jobs, more investment, and more people discovering what makes North Texas such a great place to live and work.

From Clients to Friends—Your Realtor for Life 💛

Just because we closed on your home doesn’t mean our relationship ends. Watching my clients settle in and turn a house into a home brings me so much joy! I love staying in touch them and sharing little tips to make life easier and safer:

* Find those shut‑offs. Know where your main water valve is (it’s usually near where the water line enters the house) and how to turn it off . Familiarize yourself with the gas meter, but remember: if you ever smell gas or hear a hiss, get everyone out, call your gas company Emergency line—never try to fix it yourself .
* Meet your breaker box. Open it up, see which breakers control which rooms, and make note of the big main switch so you can cut power quickly if needed .
* Show your HVAC some love. Fresh filters mean cleaner air and lower energy bills. Change 1‑inch filters monthly; thicker (4‑inch) filters last about six months .
* Keep those gutters happy. A simple clean‑out every spring and fall keeps water flowing and protects your roof .
* Have a kitchen sidekick. A multipurpose fire extinguisher kept within easy reach can be a real lifesaver—learn the PASS method and check that it’s easy to grab .
* Test your smoke alarms. Install alarms on every level and in every bedroom, test them monthly and swap batteries once a year .

It’s the little things that add up to a safe, happy home 💛

My buyers are officially homeowners, and we secured their new home for $13,000 below asking price! 🙌💰
