You do NOT always need a 20% down payment to buy a home!

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
💭 “I’ll wait until I save 20%.”

Truth is, many buyers purchase with much less depending on the loan program. Some even qualify for down payment assistance programs.

Lakewood is easily one of my favorite Hidden Gems in DFW! It has this incredible "vacation at home" vibe, mostly thanks to being right on the edge of White Rock Lake.

What I love most is the architectural character here. One street you’re looking at a storybook Tudor, and the next, a sleek, glass-walled Modern. It’s a neighborhood that celebrates variety and lifestyle value over cookie-cutter designs.

Whether you’re a runner, a biker, or just someone who appreciates a good porch view, Lakewood has a soul that’s hard to beat.
