Hi everyone, I wanted to share some market trends I’ve been seeing in Real Estate. The interest rates have slightly dipped and has sparked some momentum in home sales that’s going to carry over into the new year. That being said I believe the upcoming year will be fast and furious in the industry. If you are planning to make a move in the next year or so, my advice would be to get ahead of the game and start getting your ducks in a row.
