Congratulations to the Thomas’s 🍾🎊🏡.

They are a great example of building wealth. Sold their current home, cashed out 💰and upgraded to a beautiful Executive Series Home in my home town PLANT CITY. Building from the ground up is definitely an exciting experience and I am so honored to have worked with them during this process ❤️ . The process was not easy towards the end at all. We definitely had a stressful 24 hours due to the title company 😞, but they’re home now and that’s the end goal.

Real Estate is not for the weak 😜

After over 50 showings and 29 offers, I feel comfortable posting UNDER CONTRACT 💥

Although we’ve been under contract for a few weeks this home has been under contract 3 times 😵‍💫. What I thought would be a easy listing, had me with sleepless nights. In Real Estate SH💥T happens literally until the day of closing, especially in this market.

But we are under contract with a Cash buyer and over $15,000 list price ( We were priced right) and I can’t run to this closing table fast enough 😩.

Singing… Started from the bottom now we’re HERE!

We are headed to the closing table soon and I CAN’T wait. This was a journey we started last year and it has been a roller coaster every since. From putting a offer In a different county and the appraisal coming in over 50k short and there wasn’t nothing we could do but move along.

Fast forward going under contract with this home that was scheduled to close in January, but there is a shortage on everything that delayed us to NOW.

But Delayed doesn’t mean Denied. I am so excited for my client she has worked hard, stayed on track and she will be holding her keys soon 🔑🔑🔑🏡

It warmed my heart to send this to my client this morning. We have been looking 👀, I mean looking!

In this price range and this market, my client went in with a nice escrow deposit 💵 and it didn’t hurt that I tried to tie myself to the listing agent ( I had met at a Notary signing I had last year)😂.

Congratulations are wayyyyyyyyyyy over due for Leketia DuPont and Jackson on their new home in Ocala. Leketia knew exactly what she wanted and she made it happen.

I am so overjoyed that I was able to assist her with one of the biggest transaction in her life! I had a whole movie planned but due to Covid my shenanigans was cancelled😩. But I must say we had a baby housewarming/ turn up that kinda made up for it.

Congratulations to my clients for snagging this 5 bedroom beauty just in time before prices increased. When we closed there was the same exact model that was on their street for 30k more 😳. This couldn't have been done without following up and writing a contract 9 at night over zoom with bonnets an all😂😂😂, she has literally been there every step of the way. Hire an REALTOR that has a solid relationship with the builders onsite agents. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Whewwww Chile. When I tell you I literally shouted the morning of this closing, my heart was so over joyed and my spirit was at peace. This listing had went one the market TWICE, the first buyer waited until the day of closing to tell us that she didn't know where her husband was (FLORIDA is a spouse state so if you're legally married both parties has to sign) saying for all he know he could be dead🤦🏾‍♀️. All of this right before Christmas and my clients were packed and moved out only to move back in to a home that they thought was sold. That was devastating for me to tell my clients that around the Holidays. So we put the home back on the market only to have the worst buyers agents and lender ever.

But with Team Work with a Amazing Title Company and patience, understanding and faith💫 We closed!

Congratulations 🎊🎉to my BUYERSSSSSS McKelvey Mack Beaudin and Tara. When I tell you this has been a long almost 90 days. Selling one home and getting into another one. This definitely was not easy (not our fault at all)😩 today was definitely worth it☀️. I appreciate them for allowing me to assist and navigate them through this process. Special thanks to Angelene Foreman (Lennar Girl). She rode with us on this rollercoaster since day 1 and followed up with us til the end. I appreciate those types of relationships when you know the sales agent is working just as hard to get your clients into a home as hard as you! Today makes my heart full. Yall just dont know😊

Congratulations 🎉🎊are in order for Ken and Toya Andrews. When you secure the biggest home on the block and your fiance says literally ( you can have whatever you like) and she did just that🏡. This home fits all of their needs, except a tub in the master😒, but when we looked the pros and cons this home was just right 🔑. Whew Chile, waterview, massive loft and an a office💫. We actually secured this home over Zoom with Angelene Foreman last month. I am so excited for my long time friend that trusted me to help navigate them through this process. So many great blessings are falling in place for this beautiful couple 💜
