From kindergartener to homeowner. 🥹🏡

I’ve known this buyer since he was in kindergarten, so today’s closing means more to me than I can put into words. Watching him and his incredibly sweet wife prepare for this moment has been such a gift. They put in the work, made thoughtful decisions, and did all the right things to get ready to buy a home. I am so proud of them!

And what a home they found for their family. Their little sweet pea will have sidewalks to explore, a park and playground nearby, and a neighborhood pool and clubhouse to enjoy. I can already picture the memories they’ll make here.
