Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in phone sales.
Language Skills: Proficient in both Spanish and English.
Driver's License: Must possess a valid vehicle driver's license.
Career Goal: Must have a strong desire to become a real estate agent.
Real Estate Course: Willingness to complete the real estate 63-hour course with a qualified school.
State Exam: Must be committed to passing the state real estate exam.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales activities over the phone, engaging with potential clients and providing information about available properties.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
Handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market and stay informed about industry trends.
Complete the real estate 63-hour course with a qualified school to obtain the necessary knowledge for a successful real estate career.
Prepare for and pass the state real estate exam to become a licensed real estate agent.
