About my Last Realty Transaction for the Year -
Yesterday, I visited Clermont, a city in Central Florida, for the first time. I drove from South Florida to attend a house inspection for my buyers. While driving down the hill before reaching the house, this wonderful landscape captured my eyes. For a moment, I felt as if I were in the Caribbean. I stopped the car, took a pix and texted my clients: "This is going to be your view each day you are going back to your house". This is the perk of being a Realtor who is not bound by local market - you get to see personal and real properties that your market may not be able to offer.
