Over that time, he has overseen and consulted on a wide range of assets and transactions - from investment property rentals to Class A commercial properties - managing everything from tenant relations to capital improvements, including lease and purchase negotiations. His deep understanding of both market dynamics and building systems enables him to provide strategic, hands-on guidance tailored to a variety of clients, such as investors, owner-occupants, community associations and beyond. In his HOA leadership roles, Seth serves on multiple community association boards, and has Treasurer experience, advising on budgeting, financial planning, and operational compliance.
