PromiseKEYper spotlight:  Our Buyer was a former law-enforcement officer who took one for the team that resulted in a felony charge Twenty years ago(excessive use of force). Fast forward we’re now house hunting with An over 700 credit score and money saved up to live in a nice community under a conventional loan.. the HOA denied his application because of the 20 year-old felony charge even though he has been an upstanding citizen since… just wow —
