Congrats to my sellers on the fast turn around!

A friendly note: there were 2 groups that I know of that wanted to submit offers but they weren't pre-approved. It is extremely important you get your preapproval figured out!

"But what if I dont like the house?"
-A preapproval is good for 60-90 days. So even if this one isnt the one, at least you're ready for the next one.

"I know I can afford the payment."
-Amazing! But the house may not qualify for the loan type you qualify for.

"I'm paying cash."
-Wonderful! Then we will just need proof of funds. This can be a letter from the bank or a statement with financial information blanked out.
