May Turnover of 2021 is in the books. More memories made and as always I was amazed by how much a small group of motivated people can get done in a week. Thank you to everyone who came in and lent a hand to help make getting all of the units ready possible. We couldn’t do it without you!

We have options for rent by room leases which provide a similar experience to the dorms, but in an apartment. We are also offering joint leases where you would choose your roommates ahead of time and sign together. If you already have roommates you may still sign as a rent by room lease so you are not jointly liable but rather individually liable for your portion of the rent. Contact us if you have any questions or wish to learn more about our openings for the fall and summer.

If you wish to tour a property face to face please know our staff is taking the utmost cautions to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. Our staff is masked whenever coming into contact with tenants and will provide hand sanitize at all face to face interactions if you wish to use it.
