Working with my clients to sell their home and then purchase this one was so fun! There was definitely a lot of driving but for the right people and the right deal, it is always worth it. They walked into this home and immediately knew it was their future home. Even though it was a contingent offer it was accepted, and we ended up closing on the home. I am so happy to have worked with them to buy this home they will hopefully stay in for the rest of their life!

🏡 Story time! 🏡
I spoke with some very good people that I know to sell their home in Independence MO. Their home was in such great condition that I knew it would sell fast. We posted in the MLS as coming soon and a week before it hit the market, I started to get call and call about it. The day it hit the market a couple was so excited to see it they drove in bad weather with horrible road conditions just to be the first people to see it. They saw it and fell in love as soon as they stepped into the front doors. My clients went above and beyond to make the home look immaculate because that's who they are.
We had an offer in by the end of the day and we were shortly under contract for over asking price!
This allowed us to have a much stronger position to put an offer in on a new property for my clients (more to come on this home after we close tomorrow). Not to mention when my clients moved out, they cleaned the place from top to bottom. The buyers came in for their final walk through and were so impressed with the condition of the home. Their realtor was also so impressed she called me to tell me their effort did not go unnoticed. I could not have asked to work with a better family.
