Before choosing Cogswell, my husband and I interviewed and researched several other property management companies, including some that managed significantly more properties. After all of our research, though, there really was no question about who we wanted to work with.

Jacob and Aric are both extremely knowledgeable about real estate and property management. When they walked through our home with my husband, they immediately pointed out some potential hazards that needed to be addressed, as well as several improvements we could make to help maximize our rental income. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to us.

It’s always stressful for me when we’re between tenants, but Jacob and Aric have been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve had questions or concerns. They were able to get our home rented within a very reasonable timeframe, and they’ve worked hard to make sure we have great tenants.

We are so happy to be working with Cogswell! It can be difficult to find a property manager who doesn’t make you feel like a low-priority client when you only have one rental property, but that has never been our experience with them. They have been attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. I needed to have my condo rented at a certain price and Jacob assured me it was possible and he did it. He rented it out at that price as he said. He also answered all questions I had during the process. I highly recommend him.
