Congratulations to my clients the Lee's on the sale of the condo. I'm honored to have them as a repeat client. This is my 2nd time working with them and we are under contract on their new home that is being built. As I have worked closely with this amazing couple, I have really grown to love them and I truly want to see them get everything they dream of!! When we first started working together, it was a tough market for first time home buyers. Together we came up with a plan to work towards getting them into a home of their dreams. But it's a process. We started with a condo in an area that is appreciating well. Within 7 months let's just say they have a nice down payment for their next home. We are slowly building on what we have, to get to where they want to be. They are fortunate enough to be able to do this and putting the money into their own pockets rather than renting and putting that money into someone else's pocket.
