Affordable housing in Utah is a real struggle, especially for first-time home buyers. 10 years ago, a starter home was $200,000; now, a small townhouse can be $475,000! 🤯 And with wages not catching up, it's harder than ever. Governor Cox is pushing for solutions, but the politics behind it can actually make things worse. Sometimes, too many rules can backfire and make the problem even harder to solve. šŸ¤”
