nothing...just, everything.

But behind every Instagram story of a cute house I showed my clients and every “they just became homeowners and so can you” post, there are the parts of this job no one really sees...

-buyers who stop responding
-contracts that fall through
-hours spent prepping for appointments that never turn into clients

And still…I love it.

I love being the person someone calls when they’re ready to buy or sell.

It’s not all closings and commission checks and drool-worthy homes. But wildly enough, I still LOVE this job.

So the next time you see a story from a showing or a photo on closing day, remember there’s a whole lot of work, heart, hurdles, and hustle that brought us there.

Not because multiple lenders can’t be great (I know several who are fantastic!), but because they all offer different incentives at different times!

Meeting with a few different lenders can open the door to better rates, more flexibility, or even special incentives based on your situation.

March was a busy month. What I didn't show you was spending time with family, family dinners, FaceTime with my granddaughter's, going to St George Utah, doing real estate reviews for my clients, preparing pop-bys for my clients, etc.
