Happy Labor Day Weekend! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

Here’s to the hard workers....the early risers, the late night grinders, the stay at home parents, the business owners, the tradesmen, the teachers, first responders, farmers, healthcare workers, and everyone in between.

It takes all kinds of kinds to make this world go round, and every role matters. 💪🏼

Whatever hard work looks like for you, be proud of what you bring to the table. Take a little time this weekend to slow down, enjoy your people, and appreciate how far you’ve come.

Stay safe, have fun, and enjoy the long weekend! 🇺🇸✨

🏡✨ NEWLY RENOVATED IN PLEASANT HILL! ✨🏡
If you’ve been looking for a home where the work has already been done for you… 106 S Jeffreys Street deserves a look! 👀🔑

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has been given a fresh new life with updates throughout. 😍 I’m loving the combination of the crisp white finishes, warm flooring, black accents, and those sage green kitchen cabinets. 💚 The kitchen offers plenty of counter and cabinet space, updated appliances, and a clean, modern look that still feels like home.

POV: You thought real estate was just touring pretty houses and taking pictures with a SOLD sign. 😂🏡
Meanwhile, your Realtor and title company are behind the scenes like…
“Did we get that document?”
“Who’s signing this?”
“Where’s the payoff?”
“Are we clear to close?”
“WAIT… WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!” 😂😂
There’s a whole workforce behind those smiling closing-day photos that nobody gets to see. Agents, title, lenders, inspectors, appraisers—we’re basically one big slightly dysfunctional family working toward the same thing:
👏🏼 GET 👏🏼 THEM 👏🏼 TO 👏🏼 THE 👏🏼 CLOSING 👏🏼 TABLE.
We might stress each other out, call each other 47 times, and add a few gray hairs along the way… but when those keys finally hit the buyer’s hand?
Worth it. 🔑❤️

I’ve seen A LOT of things in real estate, but this has GOT to be one of my favorites! 😂🏡
These fun little guys were hidden and placed EVERYWHERE throughout the house. 🤣
I mean… if you’re going to sell your house, you might as well have a little fun with it, right?! 😂
Hide and go seek at it’s finest! They could have at least chosen a better b**r, lol.

So here are a few tips & tricks to keep your Realtor from losing it 🤣👇 Again no judgement here... Lets just do the chaos...

🏡✨ Looking to invest? Let’s talk!

I’m excited to share another property secured for my investors as they begin a new project that will help bring more housing opportunities to the Cass County- Belton area.

There is something exciting about watching a vision go from an idea to a reality. I can’t wait to see this project unfold and the impact it will have as more homes become available for families in our growing communities.

Real estate investing isn’t just about buying property. It’s about recognizing opportunities, creating value, and helping shape the future of our neighborhoods.

Whether you’re a seasoned investor or you’ve been thinking about taking that first step, I’d love to help you explore what opportunities are out there.

🎉 UNDER CONTRACT for my first-time home buyers! 🏡🔑

There is something so special about helping someone purchase their very first home. Watching the excitement, the nerves, the questions, and then seeing it all come together makes this career so rewarding.

One thing I want people to remember. You don’t have to wait until you’re “ready” to start preparing for homeownership.
If buying a home is something you hope to do in the near future, start planning now. Talk with a lender, understand your options, work on your credit, start saving, and learn what the process looks like BEFORE you’re ready to make an offer.

The buyers who are prepared are the ones who feel confident when the right home comes along.

The perfect time to start planning is before you need to.
If owning a home is a goal of yours, even if it’s 6 months, a year, or a few years from now. I’d love to help you create a plan to get there. 🏡✨

Every transaction has its story, and while we had a few bumps in the road along the way, we stayed on course and made it to the closing table right on time. Thank you for trusting me throughout the process, it was truly a pleasure helping them reach this milestone.

A heartfelt thank you to the family and friends for the referral. There is no greater compliment than being trusted with the people who matter most to you, and I'm incredibly grateful for that each and everyday.

A special thank you as well to Coffelt Land & Title for another smooth closing and to the buyer's agent for bringing the perfect buyer to the table. Teamwork truly makes all the difference.
Congratulations again, and cheers to the next chapter! 🥂🏡✨

This closing was extra special. My broker has helped this family buy and sell homes for years, and I was trusted with the opportunity to help the youngest purchase his very first home. That kind of full circle moment means a lot!

After a competitive search and beating out multiple offers, we made it to the closing table today. Congratulations to this new homeowner!!! I’m so excited for what’s ahead! 🥰🏡

-P.S will be ready for that fish fry 😉
