They bought their first house today.
And I'm really excited for this young family.
Instead of assuming homeownership needed to wait until someday, they were willing to ask some questions and find out what was actually possible.
Turns out, quite a bit was possible.
There were some unique financing pieces to put together and plenty to navigate along the way. We worked through it together and today they got the keys to a home of their own.
That's one of the things I love about what I do. You don't need to understand mortgages, assistance programs, inspections, negotiations and everything else before you call me. Helping people understand their options and navigate the process is a big part of my job.
