To submit a Service Ticket on your desktop:
- Go to lexingtonmanagement.com, click on the resident portal in the top right corner and sign into your account
- Click on Service Issues at the top and click on “Add Service Issue”
- Leave a detailed description of your service request and add any photos if needed
- Click “Submit”
To submit a Service Ticket on the app:
- Go to the Resident Portal app and sign into your account
- Tap on the “Service” icon at the bottom of the screen
- Tap on the blue "+" at the top of the screen to create a new service request
- Leave a detailed description of your service request and add any photos if needed
- Click “Submit Service Issue”
