I've been lacking in sharing real estate stories since I returned to the Zoo full time, but after hearing from many of you that you enjoy them, I'm going to change that moving forward. And what better way to start than with one involving a former Zoo coworker's home? 🦁
Jim and I met when I was a Zoo newbie almost a decade ago.😱 I don't remember the exact moment, but I'm sure it had something to do with him patiently getting me out of a computer jam I got myself into. 🙃 I met his lovely wife, Marcie, following 2020 career changes and we'd chat periodically about the real estate market and house projects that they were working on. Eventually they wanted to move closer to family, but they weren't in any hurry.... famous last words. 😉
Mid-September I received a call that not only had they found their next house, but that they were ready NOW. We met over pizza to discuss a plan and a month later we had officially closed on the sale of their beautiful home! 🥳
I couldn't be more thrilled for Jim and Marcie and I'm even more ecstatic that their home will be lovingly cared for by a wonderful first-time home buyer. Thank you for trusting me to help guide you through this process. I am truly grateful!
