That under contract feeling 🤍

Both kids have been tagging along with me the last few days since it’s summer break and school is out, and they’ve been absolute troopers. From negotiations during pool parties to hanging out at the office for hours, they’ve rolled with all of it.

So thankful for my patient little sidekicks and for clients who trust me through every step of the process. We officially got them under contract! 🙌

Now time for a little afternoon fun before inspections over the next few days. Busy season is in full swing, but I wouldn’t trade it. 🏡

Whew… busy season is definitely here 🏡😅

The last week has been nonstop. I’ve been showing houses every day, averaging about 3–5 houses a day, running all over and staying busy.

Yesterday was a much-needed day at home with my family. We painted our handrails, pressure washed, worked on shutters, and just enjoyed being outside while the kids played in the yard. Those simple days at home always end up meaning the most.

Today it was right back to it, and I just submitted an offer for buyers that I’m really excited for 🤞🏼

I’m so thankful for every client that trusts me during such a big season of life. Buying or selling a home is a huge deal, and I never take that lightly.
