Sometimes a home sale is about so much more than real estate.

When the sellers of 1001 Homestead Trail first listed their home over a year ago with another agent, it was priced higher and unfortunately sat on the market for several months without selling. After the listing expired, someone reached out to me asking if the home was still available. Even though I wasn’t the listing agent, I took the initiative to contact the owners and ask if I could show the property.

They appreciated my efforts and willingness to help, and eventually trusted me with the job of selling their home.

From there, I went all in. We utilized billboards, local newspapers, flyers, social media marketing, the MLS, open houses, agent outreach, and every avenue possible to get this beautiful property in front of buyers. There were many conversations, showings, updates, and lots of behind-the-scenes work, but we never gave up.

Today, I’m happy to say the home has officially sold, and the sellers were able to make their move out of state to be closer to family. Seeing them start this next chapter made every bit of effort worthwhile.
