He also takes the time to actually listen to his client’s needs and his excellent follow through helps guides them through the whole real estate process from A to Z. He answers all their questions so they do not have to worry about anything. Dennis’ areas of expertise include all aspects of Residential Real Estate with an emphasis on Sellers/ Listing homes for sale, Buyer representation and Land Acquisition and Sales. One of Dennis’ core beliefs is that he strives to always leave his clients in a much better state than when they first met. Dennis is a native of the East Bay Area and along with his wife Stella has raised their family of four children in the Tri-Valley Area. They are empty nesters and currently have four grandchildren, 2 dogs and a horse. Dennis enjoys many activities and sports including golf, weightlifting, horseback riding, tennis, fishing, baseball, football and most all sports.
