Pleasanton: -14.7% 📉
Livermore: +4.3% 📈
San Ramon: -2.8% 📉
Danville: +4.7% 📈

📅 Days on Market (DOM):
Pace slowed across most of the Tri-Valley in July. Pleasanton saw the clearest slowdown, adding 10 days to its average. Livermore bucked the trend, shaving 2 days off its pace. San Ramon held steady, with no change. Danville eased slightly, adding 3 days. Alamo slowed noticeably too, picking up 6 days.
🏠 Homes Sold:
Sales activity cooled across most of the region in July. Pleasanton edged up with 2 more homes sold. Livermore saw a notable pullback with 13 fewer sales. San Ramon also slowed, with 9 fewer homes sold. Danville dipped by 4, and Alamo eased down by just 1 sale.
📉 Inventory Trends:
Inventory trends were mixed across the Tri-Valley in July. Pleasanton tightened up with 7 fewer homes on the market. Livermore added 5, while Danville saw the biggest jump, climbing by 13. San Ramon pulled back by 7, and Alamo tightened further, down 6.
