We have had soooo many residential inspections, especially flipper homes that have been so bad, it’s like I’m inspecting in a 3rd world county!!! These are supposedly done by licensed contractors but c’mon, these homes are garbage!! Step it up! Meet minimum standards at the very least and move on!! Sooo many of these are unsafe and I am tired of seeing my customers getting baited into purchasing these homes trusting their realtors and the inspectors referred from the realtor. If you are one of these realtors that bait your customers to make a few dollars, shame on you! I see them and the aftermath and the strain it puts on the families after the sale mostly as I’m hired as an expert inspector to investigate and later hired as an expert whiteness. I collect build dates and document!! The disclosure lists never match from the seller, the realtor covers with a BS sales pitch. This is a crime! Everyone over time will get caught and will be held accountable!!! Lose a real estate license, jail time or a fine or all of the above! For what? A few $$$$! Not worth it y’all. If your flipping houses, build them correctly and safe! Disclose Disclose Disclose!!! Realtors Be Honest and treat your customers like someone you care about!! Build the industry up, Not tare it down for a short game!! Our Motto: Integrity Is Key, and we live by it. 🇺🇸

Here at EliteHCPI we specialize in heavy industrial buildings. Here we had the opportunity to inspect five 50ton roof units. These were set up with a pneumatic system for air operated thermostats. We were able to identify/diagnose problems with this building that the building has been having for over 15 years and multiple commercial HVAC contractors could not figure out.
