🎯 Your Role
As our Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our showroom — a poised, confident professional who sets the tone for their entire experience.
You will:
• Work a structured 40‑hour schedule with a stable salary
• Welcome buyers and sellers into our showroom
• Build rapport and understand client needs
• Assist clients with pre‑qualification
• Prepare clients for a consultation with the team leader
• Show homes with a polished, service‑oriented approach
• Write offers and support clients through the buying process
• Earn bonuses for appointments, pre‑quals, closings, and listing opportunities
You do not need to generate your own business.
