Across the street from CVS, next door to the Beach Outlet Clothing Store, and close to SPI Fun Rental, where you can rent bikes, scooters, & golf carts, and much more!

Guests are granted access to the full condo-unit, as well as the backyard pool area and two marked parking spaces that match the unit number guests are staying in. An ideal base to explore McAllen and the beautiful surrounding areas such as Progreso, Mexico, and South Padre Island. The happy Casita is the perfect home for your stay in McAllen. This beautiful renovated and fully equipped two story home boasts three bedrooms, a family and a living room, two and a half bathrooms and a large yard to enjoy outdoor BBQ (charcoal not provided) during the cool late afternoons. Private and gated cozy family-oriented vacation home outside of Monterrey, 7 minutes from Marina State Beach. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a pet-free/smoke-free mid-century/modern home. Gather to play a game of Foosball, darts or choose to read a book from a vast selection in the library room. Enjoy your food in the outdoor living space, energize and relax in the beautiful sunken tub, plenty of room to spread out in the property. Beautiful, clean, spacious, safe comfortable home to experience a vacation to remember for years. Our housekeeper lives on the property adjacent to the dwelling in a separate unit, she has a separate entrance. The main dwelling, the entire house, will be completely private, solely for the enjoyment of our guests. Bedroom 1: 1 king bed

Other things to note:
1. Well equipped kitchen to cook your meals, charcoal and lighter fluid needed to use the indoor BBQ grill.

5. Violation of pet rule will result in fine of up to $700,
6. Quiet hours begin at 10 P.M. (strictly enforced.) Let's be good to our neighbors .
7. the bathroom in the master bedroom does not have a shower-head relax and enjoy bathing in the sunken tub.
8. Please no eating/drinking in the bedrooms/living room.
9. Enjoy the beach but please do not bring the sand to the house, shake it all off.
10. Please park your vehicle on the left side of the house.

Fresno, CA - Valley Oasis Vacation Home
Soak up the modern and vintage fully remodeled home, very comfortable and clean, from the moment you walk in you feel like you can relax and enjoy, customer satisfaction is our motto if there is anything we can do to excel your expectations just let us know. Great location for this beautiful pet free/smoke free family oriented home close to freeway, shopping mall, Fresno University, Bulldog Stadium and the Fresno international Airport. Excellent get away home with all the amenities, to rest and also close enough to visit Yosemite and the Sequoias. The entire house is solely for the enjoyment of our guests, have a BBQ dinner (charcoal not included) during the cool breeze nights in the outdoor patio and plunge into the private swimming pool (not heated, available during spring and summer months only). Have a friendly competition with your friends/family at the foosball table and take a blast to the past with the nostalgic ninja turtle arcade game. no quarters needed 😉
Other things to note:
The swimming pool is NOT gated, this is a family-friendly home and guests are responsible for their own and their children's safety, when the reservation is completed guests release host from any liabilities of accidents that may occur during their stay in the vacation home. Bedroom 1: 1 king bed
