I would like to share with you my experience with Kathy Anderson as our real estate agent for selling our home. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best I would rate Kathy at 15. She went above and beyond her responsibilities as a real estate agent. I have never met Kathy personally, I live several 100 miles from the house that we were selling, but Kathy handled everything without me ever having to go to the house. This was very important to me because of all of COVID-19 that we are all living with right now. She handled everything from arranging inspections, picking up keys and garage door openers from my housekeeper to getting rid of the final junk in the garage and dealing with a neighbor over tree issues. Kathy got great comps for the house, understood that we wanted to sell the house ‘as is’ and priced it appropriately.
