At RISMedia’s CEO & Leadership Exchange, our President James Dwiggins joined AGNT CEO Leo Pareja on stage to talk about what’s next for NextHome.

The short version: big growth ahead.

“We have the capital and the size to be able to play in a bigger sandbox, we’re now starting to bring on large operators.” James shared.

“We’ve created a model where I would call it much more usage-based so that the franchisee will pay less if their agents aren’t using as much stuff, or they’ll pay slightly more if the agents are, but it reduces the overhead of the cost.” he added.
