When working together with her retail clients she understands what it’s like to fall in love with a property, struggle through the loan approval process, or decide on a come to market strategy for her sellers. In each case; she has helped her clients make a highly competitive offer, tapped her lender network to get the best rates, and got top dollar for her sellers. Her investor business partners value Katherine’s deep understanding of the exit strategies available to them, her keen eye for finding deep discounts, and large network of other investors. In both relationships she is hyper-focused on helping her clients make well informed decisions. Katherine Chiang graduated with a bachelor's degree from Cal State Fullerton in International Business. She is multilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin. One deal in particular comes to mind. In 2015 Katherine and team helped her client successfully close on a property. This deal was rife with challenges at every phase of the process. One by one she helped her client successfully solve each problem, and with only 3 days before her client’s baby girl was born they closed escrow. Katherine is successful because she is a high-touch agent, and is able to empathize with her clients. She works tirelessly on their behalf, always offering them candid advice.
