So... just who is responsible for that jagged sidewalk? 🤔 Longtime property owners already know that they are responsible for the sidewalks adjacent to their properties. 🏡🚶‍♀️

Public Works are the stewards of almost 50 miles of sidewalk in our City, 🗺️🚧that's just a tiny fraction of the total miles of sidewalks we rely on every day.

If you're one of the more than 200 property owners who have received a notice about your sidewalks, thank you for talking action to begin fixing your sidewalk, even if it's just reaching out to us with questions. 👍🛠️

Currently pending on 3 deals and oddly enough all the buyers are utilizing a VA loan. This is a first for me and they are all getting great houses, with low down-payments and great interest rates. Veterans take this as a sign that it's time to buy!!
